Can you guarantee we will rank number one on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines make the final call. What we can promise is the work: a technically sound site, clear on-page content, and reporting on the leading indicators, weekly, fortnightly or monthly (your choice), that tell you whether it is working.
Who owns the website, domain and Google accounts?
You do. The website, domain, hosting, Google Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile and Shopify store all stay in your name. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.
How long does SEO take, and is there a contract?
SEO is a long-term channel, and it usually takes months rather than weeks to see steady movement. Our monthly SEO plans have a minimum term, stated upfront in your proposal, so there is time to do the work properly. We never lock you in beyond what is written down. See SEO services for details.
