Last updated: 8 October 2026. This policy should be reviewed by a qualified professional.
This policy explains how NumLogic (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through numlogic.com. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, company, website address, the details you put in your message, and the service you are interested in.
- Free SEO health check form: your name, email, website address, business type and main goal.
- Technical and page data: the page you submitted the form from, the referring page, campaign (UTM) details, and a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of your IP address, used to limit spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address in our lead records.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply to you, to prepare quotes and proposals, to deliver services you request, and to keep our website and forms secure. We do not sell your personal information.
How forms and lead storage work
- Submitted forms are stored in our website’s database so we can follow up and keep a record of enquiries.
- We receive an email notification for each submission.
- We may also send each enquiry to a customer relationship management (CRM) or automation service we use to manage leads, through an optional webhook.
- We keep enquiry records for as long as they are needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, then delete or de-identify them.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile may collect technical information from your browser to make that decision, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how the website is used. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. You can control cookies in your browser settings or opt out through tools provided by the analytics provider. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which may also set technical cookies for security and performance.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only where needed to run our business and deliver our services:
- our delivery team, who work on client projects and may handle enquiry or project information;
- service providers such as website hosting, email, CRM and automation, analytics, and spam protection;
- professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
Overseas disclosure
Our hands-on delivery team is based in Pakistan, and some of our service providers (such as Cloudflare and Google) operate in other countries. This means personal information may be accessed from, or stored in, countries outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients handle personal information in a way consistent with the APPs, including by limiting access to what is needed for the work.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
