Shopify maintenance
Shopify handles hosting and security, but stores still need care: app audits (unused apps slow your store and cost money), theme updates, broken link and image checks, checkout testing, and small design changes. Our Commerce plan covers Shopify stores too. We work through a collaborator request from our Shopify Partner account, so we don’t use up one of your staff seats.

Do I really need a WordPress maintenance plan?
If your site runs on WordPress, yes. Unmaintained WordPress sites are the most common target for hacks. Even Shopify stores benefit from regular app, theme and checkout checks.
What does a WordPress website care plan cover?
Updates to WordPress core, themes and plugins, off-site backups, security scanning, uptime monitoring and speed checks, plus small content changes on the Business and Commerce plans. The table above shows what’s in each plan.
Do you maintain websites you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with a health check, fix anything urgent, then bring the site onto a plan.
Is hosting included in your website hosting and maintenance packages?
It’s optional. You can keep your current host, or we can host your site on fast managed hosting as part of the plan.
What if something breaks after an update?
On Business and Commerce plans, updates are tested on a staging copy first. If anything does go wrong, we roll back from the pre-update backup and fix it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with 30 days notice.
