Case study

numlogic.com: our own site, rebuilt on WordPress

Our own site. We rebuilt numlogic.com from static HTML to a self-hosted WordPress block theme, and removed every claim we couldn’t back up.

Our own site

This is NumLogic’s own website. We use it as our first case study because we can show exactly what we built and what we got wrong, without a client’s permission or an NDA.

The starting point

The first version of numlogic.com was a static HTML site. It was hard to edit without a developer, had no structured SEO setup, and carried marketing claims we could not support: team sizes, retention figures, client results and testimonials. For a business that sells trust, that was the biggest problem.

What we did

  • Moved to self-hosted WordPress on our own server behind Cloudflare, using a lightweight child of the core Twenty Twenty-Five block theme, so the site stays easy to maintain.
  • Built a brand system in the theme: self-hosted fonts, a set of switchable colour themes, and reusable page patterns for services, pricing and FAQs.
  • Set up SEO from day one: keyword-mapped pages, FAQ schema generated from page content, a generated /llms.txt for AI search, and permanent redirects from every old URL.
  • Added lead capture: enquiry forms with spam protection, a private leads inbox in the admin, and pre-filled contact buttons so a visitor’s chosen service carries through to the form.
  • Rewrote the copy honestly: we removed every statistic, testimonial and claim we could not verify, and state plainly that delivery is by a vetted team in Pakistan.
  • Audited our own work: a full SEO audit of the new build, with fixes applied in code and the server-side items listed for deployment.

Results so far

The rebuild is new, so we have no traffic, ranking or lead numbers to report yet, and we won’t make any up. We’ll add real figures from Google Search Console and our enquiry inbox once there is enough data to be meaningful.
